I agree with this guy, there are also people doing fire capes for free, unless you mean you are going to train there, you should wear your best range armour...

I have used the search button and I have found the guides, but they do NOT list any armor that is recommended.

Robin hood hat, fury,barrow gloves (if not blak dhide vamps) ,ranger boots, crystal bow, archer's ring. Thats the equipment. INv wise ur on ur own
