Explanation of the trade: $312 PP for ~$300 BTC

How they scammed: Told me max 1 hour but more realistically 10-15 minutes. I've waited almost an hour and a half now and he refuses to respond to me on Skype. His status was away and then when I called him once on Skype it turned his status to available. Continued to ignore me and went back to away.

banned till you get paid. if you can charge back your paypal payment, try to do so tomorrow (give him some time in case there's some remarkable circumstance that we don't know of yet)
