Two Users with one shot?

Ok, so I MMed a trade earlier this week... Acc for Paypal

Person # 1: http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=238855 < Acc Seller
Person # 2: http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=213747 < Acc Buyer, with three emails, [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]

Dakota charged back on paypal and got my acc limited:

You can see the emails match perfectly, the nick etc...

Ownedyours is still selling the account on msn, so I guess he recovered, and I demand that he refunds me $6(Please tell him if we is willing to, otherwise, ban him)


I'm willing to give access to full chat logs if needed(The msn official ones via teamview and anything required!)

Those two users don't have matching IP's and I don't see a match for the paypal e-mail.
