Two accounts on one IP address?

Me and my brother both use the forum, is there any way that we could create another account for him to use?

You can create another account by using a proxy (takes a long time to find a proxy in my opinion). Do not interact at ALL between the two accounts. Don't vouch for each other, don't bump for each other, etc.

and in addition: if one of you would scam you would both be banned.

What's the point of the proxy? All it really does is risk you getting banned for someone else scamming on the same proxy. Just PM an admin or global moderator and explain the situation. They'll either say yes or no and if yes then the conditions.

Make sure you make it known that he is your brother so that if something arises, you have something on your side since there are been plenty of cases people get banned and claim it was a sibling but have nothing to back up that claim.

James, follow what people have been saying for the acc creation, or use a hotspot. If you need live help you use the live help chat, but once you've got the acc created, maybe both you and your brother should put in their sig that you two are brothers. You are Zen and he is whatever. As SuF stated above, make It very clear that you two aren't the same person, just so incase of you gets banned, the other isn't called a ban evader.
