    Violation:
    • Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ while the worker is on shift and acting on behalf of the business.
      • If a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own.
      • If an account is owned by a joint enterprise or company then all owners/directors of the company/enterprise must either have never owned a Sythe account, or have a Sythe account in good standing.
      • Note that a DNT'd user may work for a business as an employee, provided that they have no outstanding debt on Sythe.

    Proof:

    In Rune Exchange, Twinz have OSMB as a worker in the OSRS trading section. He puts every customer at risk, as he knows that he is a ban evader with a current debt.

    If you wish to do so, that's fine and appreciated, though the exchange rate in February 2019 was significantly different.

    We'll go with $0.75/m, meaning that 100m 07 was valued at $75 USD.

    There's another report noted in RagingVenus' ban reason from November 2018: RagingVenus Scammed Me

    85m at $0.77/m rate (this rate seems to be accurate, so we'll use it to calculate the debt) = $65.45 USD

    Regarding this report - @Goldwyn what are we going to do here?
    I can see the 3 possible options:
    a) the debt needs to be cleared
    b) OSMB needs to be removed
    c) the server in question needs to be stopped being advertised on sythe

    If you see another option, please feel free to propose it.

    Hello again,

    Fantastic, I'm closing the report.
    For the record: OSMB was DNT'd on June the 1st and @Goldwyn hasn't bumped his threads since. There were 2 "weird bumps" posted on June the 9th on a bunch of Goldwyn's threads from @WFAF WFAF#0001 685487906089074710, who currently has a "Lucky Nerd" role in Rune Exchange's Discord server, whatever that means.

    I don't think this warrants any punishment, given the circumstances.

    I'm being told that @OSMB is still a host/cashier in @Goldwyn's casino. I haven't verified this information, but if it's true, then please be sure to stop advertising this server on sythe, assuming you don't want to clear the debt, or remove OSMB from the server.
