    You could of easily disconnected or anything i wasnt watching or had no way to watch you do it.
    Its weird all the dozens capes you do and only 2 people get caught kinda strange but idk shit and really dont care.

    As he did not provide any guarantees and doesn't promise a refund or a 0% ban rate I am afraid there is no case here.

    Buying an infernal cape will always come with inherent risks of it being removed and Jagex is constantly trying to catch people that buy these capes.

    @Moe kills I am sorry for your loss here but @Tweeter is not obligated to refund or complete another cape for you.
