TWC's linking to reason?

The person can lie, not to mention I consider all "hacked" MSN and Sythe profile TWC's just as risky.. If an admin or mod decides to scam 1bill they can simply use a different IP, make it seem like it's hacked and that it's someone else, and also obtain the MSN so they can blame it all on a keylogger..

Otherwise, why bother trusting a kid who still gets keyloggers, that's risky too.

If there's another situation that could happen where they get their MSN or Sythe profile hacked it's a unique case, but I've seen a few TWC's for 'hacked' emails that I highly doubt was the truth.

This is taken very seriously though... I'd rather have the reason why they have it, many of the most legit people I know have them, because they are the target of hackers (EG high profile people)

 

I think an equal amount of caution should be taken with any player, people should be educated on how to trade safely.

I agree with this for sure, but it's also nice to be able to know why someone with a TWC received it... Like in FireZ or ChristmasCracker's case

Actually, it wouldn't take much extra work anyway. There IS a database in the upper staff lounge for all ban and TWC requests made by sectionals. All that would need to be done would be to add in the TWCs directly issued by administrators and censor the list a little bit so as not to leak sensitive information.

If I'm correct, isn't the list cleaned as the upper staff perms bans the individuals? The list is mainly used for vaders sectionals temp since they don't have the ability to perm.

Either way, I'm still not for it. It's creating extra work - when there's a heavy enough workload already - for staff when people could easily spend 4-5 minutes of their own time (if that) finding out the reason.

TWC is just a standard sign overall, regardless of the reason. It only makes buyers/sellers better precautions when trading.

People get them for reports they've gotten.

You scam someone, and pay them back,you may get ban or TWC.

If you get fucked, you get TWC.

And people saw my TWC, when I had it, and wouldn't even go first when selling me a P2P pin membership. When I have shown them all the trades I have done for over 100$ with the buyer going first.

Alright guys this isn't going to happen, not needed and too much time to code. (hyperlinking twc's ---> reason)

If you want to know a reason for someones twc, PM a global and we will search the ban/twc request archives in the upper lounge and be able to tell you exactly why on almost any TWC.
