Briefly explain the trade: Trade never happened, only reporting suspicious trading.
How they scammed: Yesterday I made a thread in attempt to sell 300m, he posted on my thread negotiating prices and the payment method. Than he posted this:

Lol, you want to use OMM for 300m trade? No thanks...

And for moneybookers, you have to create and confirm account, thats it... And you would be obviously going first in that case, that leaves you with 0% of chargeback lol...

Unlike Paypal, moneybookers wont charge moneyback for no reason, or *limit* your account, so its safe...

I think that warrants a trade with caution, however I'll leave it up to you lot to choose the verdict.

 

I think it's fine because I've known him to trade in larger increments. Maybe he deems 300M not sufficient to pay the hefty fees of an Official Middleman.
