[TwC] Tengauge12 Report.

Okay...

No disrespect for Skele_Master, but are you serious? You issued me a TwC, when I MiddleManned a trade? A middlemanned is NOT blamed for anything that goes on in the trade, unless of course he gets the information, and then runs off with it.

So, I would suggest these rules that are established here on Sythe, to be inforced, and my TwC taken away.

First off nothing should have happened until it was reviewed and thought about properly.

Second off.. A MiddleMan is NEVER to be blamed for any actions taken on the trade, unless that MiddleMAn left after getting the money/information, which in this case did not happen.

I sit there, and I never once stated I only knew Cloudsword for a few months, thats Cloudswords doing, but you know what? Whether we have had known each other for 1 day, 5 yrs, or are family (Which we are family) it does not make the fucking trade go ANY differently. I have MM'ed for people I never even have fucking met. So, this part of Regulations report is irrelevant, and should not be considered. ASs I am damn sure alot of MM and OMM's on this site as MiddleManned for friends that they have even knowns for years.

My point in this matter is just because he's my cousin, and something went wrong with the account, does not instantly fall into place that I or Cloudsword must have scammed it because were family. You mize well get rid of half of your fucking OMM's and MM's if you're going to put that into play. So, jump off the high horse, and stop considering that into the trade.

Thirdly.. I have been with Sythe even before registering on this site, I have been with them for 5yrs now, and not ONCE EVER have I scammed an account, or had any problems with trades or my sells. Yes, of course there has been problems with me MiddleManning fro the account that I mmed being scammed back, or the PayPal transaction being claimed back and shit, but OBVIOUSLY HAS NEVER BEEN" MY FAULT. Yet suddenly this time I will be TwC'ed for it?

I got the account back for Regulation illegally, and gave him the password, then he responds back about 1 minute talking about he cannot right now because hes not at home, then he responds back 3minutes after that, and states the password did not work. THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY IN HELL THE PASSWORD CAN BE CHANGED THE FAST UNLESS HIS ASS CHANGED IT.

He has the damn account, and now he's just doing everything he can compuslivly so get his money back too. So, he can have his Cake and eat it too. Fuck that, after how many people has done this you're going to sit there and then judge differently, why?

The only thing I can see as to why I got a TwC and Cloudsword got a TwC, and this is bei9ng ruled into the favor of Regulations, is because you're not taking really anything into account other than there was a problem, and omg cloud and tengauge are counsins, it's their fault.

I'm not going to go through this shit. My cousin looks up to me, and tries to be like me in everything I do and have done, he's been like that for years. I can promise and most utterly guarantee Cloudsword did NOT scam the account back, or has taken control of the account at all after giving it to Regulations, and I can promise with my reputation riding on it, that I don't have the account nor have I ever even touched it but the time the information was given to me, and I logged into the account from the WEBPAGE and changed the password. THAT IS ALL I DID WITH THE ACCOUNT before giving it to Regulation. Then it mysteriously gets taken back instantly?? FUCK THAT BULLSHIT. Not even the recovery tracking is that fast.

So, let's use some logic in this report.. As I have, and I would appreciate if everything I have said is seriously thought about.

Regulation is a scammer, in the since of having the account, then instantly accusing the account was taken back (Which I laugh my ass off at) so he can try to have his money back, and be able to keep the account.
