Why they should be TWC'ed: I was selling my obby mauler which has a 2 digit name, we agreed on 135M 07 for it. He then told me the method he wanted to use to buy the account, which was, I change the email to his, he gives me 135M, then I give him the rest of the information. He clearly thought I was stupid enough to realise you can recover a runescape account just by having the registered email (

As you can see, he edits the message where he tells me his method on skype, and he also gets pretty butt hurt once I told him I am reporting him, which makes it even clearer he tried to attempt to scam me.
EDIT: Just seen http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1868044-scammed-xifer8121.html, he used the method he try to use on my on another user and took their account, I guess he should be banned and not TWC'ed
