Why they should be TWC'ed: I was selling my obby mauler which has a 2 digit name, we agreed on 135M 07 for it. He then told me the method he wanted to use to buy the account, which was, I change the email to his, he gives me 135M, then I give him the rest of the information. He clearly thought I was stupid enough to realise you can recover a runescape account just by having the registered email ().

As you can see, he edits the message where he tells me his method on skype, and he also gets pretty butt hurt once I told him I am reporting him, which makes it even clearer he tried to attempt to scam me.

EDIT: Just seen http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1868044-scammed-xifer8121.html, he used the method he try to use on my on another user and took their account, I guess he should be banned and not TWC'ed
