    Explanation of the trade: User contacted me to sell AGC. Right off the bat he said he has a couple and wanted to sell "some of 100$ ones first". Did the PM with pictures so that he wasn't sending it to another person, etc. User imlplied that he could be a vader. He can't find the original email, maybe deleted. He also basically admitted to knowledge of how they were obtained by not immediately turning down my offer of 30%. He tried to play it off, I kinda just played along and left it be. I was discussing this issue with Matt and we both agree that we can't decide between it being ban or TWC worthy. Hopefully another mod can weigh in too.

    I tried finding his other accounts, but I couldn't find them. As for the chat, I think he knew he was selling AGC obtained illegally. I don't think we can ban him since we don't have that much proof, but I think a TWC should be given. I need a second opinion tho, that's why I did not do anything yet.
