TwC Request - chedLink to scammer's Sythe profile: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=281541
Briefly explain the trade: No trade was initiated, Im pretty sure he's a scammer.
How they scammed: He refuses to use OMM's, MM's. Will not go first even to trusted.
To keep it simple, i always see him on other people's threads trying to buy their gold, and usually those users decline a trade with him because he will not go first and he refuses to use a OMM and/or MM. He did engage a trade with me, i had way more vouches than him and he still wanted me to go first. On his vouch thread, the last vouch was from a person who said "Refused to use OMM, trade with caution."
Another thread where the seller said he refused to use MM.

It might not be enough proof but most threads i see him post on he never gets to buy the gold their selling, i think this is because the sellers caught him and refused to sell to him. I suggest that a TwC is issued to his account, so that other sellers can watch out from him. Thanks.
