TWC Removal Request

I’m requesting a removal of my current status (Trading With Caution).


Background:


Yesterday I had agreed to trade a non-member of Sythe RSGP for Zenyte GP (RSPS Gold). He agreed to go first in a 50/50 trade. However upon completing the first trade to me he declined, and tried to get me to accept the Zenyte trade first as we were speaking at that stage in game.


My reaction to this muck around was to block him immediately as I’ve encountered numerous aliases and evaders regarding the sale of Zenyte gold. I have no time to discussed or dispute with them as it goes no where.


Consequence:


The non-member then proceeded to report me on the forums as a guest user with a screenshot of only our discord conversation along with a trading screen with me requesting an accept (He never accepted his end nor does he have any evidence of a full trade accept). This was looked into by a moderator which he subsequently temporally removed my ability to trade on Sythe.

I gave my full story to the moderator which he didn’t fully accept as I didn’t record the trade or have evidence of our in game chat. (I know I should have recorded but as nothing had happened and he was going first I had no reason too). The conclusion from the Sythe mod is that there was no evidence I scammed or took any gold from this user(The total amount he was disputing was 17m OSRS!?).

I’ve been given a Trading With Caution unfairly as there is no evidence I have done any wrong, from a unsubstantial report. Which is completely unfair.


In Future:


Prior to this I am already in stages of donating to Sythe, I have completed a trade after this fact in which another user went first and I am waiting on a vouch from.


I have done nothing wrong to tarnish my reputation which I’m trying to build yet I’ve had a TWC from a phony half effort report.


I don’t know what else I can say but I would like a second opinion as again this is a half effort report which wasn’t proven yet I’m still taking a hit on my credibility.
