TWC removal question

Hello!, i asked for a TWC removal a few days ago and it got denied because they said that i was still not using a home ip, that might be because i use a t-mobile 5g wireless router as to provide my internet, and i dont have any other source to get wifi (a home ip), so i wanted to know wich information and where and to who can i give it to the staff members to fix this twc, thanks
