TWC + Refund Percentage Dispute

Hello,
I would like to open a dispute against the ruling that I was given, which was a 50% refund to Bert, and what I could see and tell, that the ruling was biased based on many factors.

Bert was given the full website functional and the only missing part was implementing the design, it was fully working and he decided to take it down on his own.
I worked with him day and night, and many of you even was available during our chat and screensharing/streaming sessions, this includes @Grave @Abd @BlackBlasses @White @amplearchitect @Bert @Limiq @Wsj @Jason and plenty more people who saw me working for me and got it fully done and at the end I am forced to pay him 50% a refund, which is totally unfair.
I would like to either finish the job (design - any project can be put on hold because I feel I am good in term of time, and most of the designs that I have for the projects on my server are in progress) because I feel the ruling is biased since Bert is paying the admins for advertising for his website/server/services.

Yes, I am an asshole for ghosting him because he used to spam me with bad words and what else? Put yourself in my shoe and see if it's fair, I did the full job apart from designing the website.

If the ruling is against me and things won't change as in terms of the refund, I would either request a ban because the ruling isn't fair for the work I've done, or I would do the design and pause everything else in hand.
