TWC really necessary?

Hi mods. I was recently banned for a staff member posting a fake vouch that I didn't ask for. My full story has been reported here: Ban - Fake Vouching

Chloe was kind and understood the situation and reduced my ban down to one week. I should of been on top of the posts to my threads and have instituted new rules for my staff to make sure this never happens again.

I have been a reputable member of Sythe since 2011. If you look at my profile you will see in the last two years I quickly resolved two disputes against me to the customers full satisfaction the very same day. I have 400+ vouches across various forums and about 100 on Sythe alone. I understand what happened was sketchy, but I have zero reason to ask for a fake vouch when I already have more then enough to do business just fine.

Is a TWC really necessary for a member like me? I know it's standard after a ban but I am hoping my time spent building my business on Sythe and other forums can help me remove it ASAP.

I am fully open to allowing a Sythe mod full access to my website's chat, order history and even my G2A account to prove we do exactly what we claim.

The reputation you claim to have has got nothing to do with disputing your TWC, neither whether or not your TWC is warranted or anything like that. Rules are rules. As moderators we're not above the law nor rules, neither are you. If you wish to dispute your TWC as you believe it's truly given in error you're free to dispute this. However like you said Chloe has already reviewed your ban and reduced it's length, meaning this was already looked at. If she believed the ban/TWC were both not warranted she would've removed the ban immediately, aswell as the TWC. However, the ban length was only reduced - and the TWC stayed.

As you claim yourself gaining legitimate vouches is no issue for you, neither should disputing the TWC be once you've gained a couple of vouches. I highly advice you to let the other party trade you first in this case. Best of luck.
