    The way to understand TWC rank is it's a vote-of-no-confidence by the house for any user who carries it; Sort of the opposite of a certification. It means simply that we, the staff, have no confidence that this person will trade honestly. And you are free to make of that fact whatever you will.

    It doesn't matter whether you have a TWC or not, if you're going to be trading with someone, just follow the right steps by using a MM, etc.

    The reason doesn't have to be there.

    I like the idea, considering I once had a TWC with little reason( refused to use a specific official middleman and was reported) Took a couple months to get it off and it definitely lost me a lot of business.

    noticed the above post about editing profile, I think plznates was basically after the idea of a link to the report.
