Was going to buy 25b Soulplay gold (rsps) for $135.00

Agreed to do it in increments of 35/50/50

I accidently sent 50

He then says his accounts have been banned ( his rsps accounts )

He then says he will refund me my 50.00, he said he does, but he didn't. I asked for proof of refund and he won't give it. He's a 25$ donor by the way.

Screen shots show his paypal address in conversation, relevant conversation, sythe pm, and my payment to his paypal along with him no longer responding. 5 images in total.
