TWC for NO reason

I just wanted to say this is the THIRD time i had to dispute, please respond this time it is really hurting my shop.

A while back i tried to register to this shop but whatever i put in for my name it said it should be atleast more than 5 characters, It kept bugging so i asked my partner to register for me. So he did.

Later he vouched on my shop because i've worked for him a long time and than we both get banned because you think i vouched on myself. This is obviously not the case and not worth a WTC.

I've never scammed anyone in my life and i think TWC makes no sense.

have proof of the conversation between your and your partner?

 

I'll skype him right now, this happend last summer though recently got back to being active.

You're going to want to include a Skype ID overlaying the chat to prove that's indeed his skype. Also, a bit more context would be appreciated (include some chat history backing up your story).
