Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
We acknowledge the decision made and accept responsibility for our failure to inform the customer that we were not the original owner (OO) of the account. In compliance with Sythe's Terms of Service, we refunded the amount purchased to the customer after attempting to resolve the situation accordingly, but regrettably, we were unsuccessful in doing so.

Despite our best efforts to recover the account, we were unable to determine its current location or who holds possession of it. This incident has prompted us to undertake a comprehensive restructuring of our staff team, processes, and verification methods related to our account business.

In response to the increasing popularity of the Jagex Launcher & Accounts in Runescape, we are shifting our focus towards offering Smurf accounts, unregistered accounts, and boosting services for other games as our primary business model in this sector.

We remain committed to providing the corresponding insurance and support that any customer should expect, adhering to the account guidelines within Sythe as outlined in all account section rules https://www.sythe.org/threads/3808129/section-rules-old-school-runescape-accounts/.
