TWC dispute

hi man, i received a TWC from Superman it was all a misunderstanding first of all I posted then I deleted my post because I realized he might scam me if I won. Secondly I then reposted to do a $5.00 because to try if he did scam so I can do a $40 but then I recognized his scam report against him for ''fake vouches'' so I did a edit and said ''Nevermind, message me.'' and all of a sudden hes banned for the fake vouching. Also I'd like to say that his rules clearly said ''Once you have posted (don't roll yet) I will accept or deny you and I will roll a 100 sided dice'' so if I did post then I'll have to wait for him to accept then I can roll so this all makes no sense I don't know why Superman gave me a TWC and while I'm doing this dispute I received a PM from him saying http://gyazo.com/e948ea23c0ed8ab81ea4cb44e246f2e0

Which shows hes threatening also to PM Superman for my harassful PM which also doesn't make sense and if you can some how recover my deleted post be my guest because I didn't roll or anything just offered then cancelled the offer so please take some time to read this dispute
