28 Dec 2012: I was TWC'd previously for something that was said wrongly and taken out of context. I said something along the lines of "Who wouldn't take a phat set, if I was #1 trusted then no, but newcomer hell yeah" - I had been a newcomer and hadn't ever scammed so it was invalid in my opinion. Why the fuck do I have TWC?
4 Jan 2013: I reported the buyer from above for ban evading after someone approached me with info: BagDICE Evader/Scammer

Anyone would have stuck up for a friend they thought was innocent. He told me he didn't recover the account, so I did everything in my power to fight his innocence - like any good friend would. I was wrong, he is banned, end of story. I hardly use the market anymore, except from a few LoL things here and there. I just want this TWC gone for good if it's the last thing I do on Sythe. I don't have many "current" vouches or vouches since my TWC because I'm no longer very active in the market.
Thanks for reading. I will continue to dispute this TWC for as long as I'm on Sythe.
Initial Reason for TWC:
I was apparently involved in recovering an account with my, now ex-business partner PIAV. I wasn't in an account selling partnership with him.. and this was way before we were partnered.
I was "called out" by FloydZeppelin who said I was apparently involved in the recovery, but with zero evidence against me. An account was sold, I middlemanned the sale, it got recovered (I wasn't aware), we became business partners & then he was banned for re-selling the account (also turns out he was a ban evader, he moved house after he scammed the pin MANY years ago). I was then accused of being a part of this recovery and getting the person who bought the account banned. I showed proof that it wasn't me who compiled that report, I just posted it after someone approached me for a Skype name because I'd conducted business with him.

Why it should be removed:
It's been months since I was re-issued my TWC. After being auto-denied for no good reason, several times, I've returned time and time again. I've matured, I've definitely learned my lesson about having a business partner and sticking up for them.
- I was a donations bond holder, never had any issues.
- 85-90 vouches, completed middleman trades, gold selling/buying and never scammed a cent
- I've contributed to suggestions & feedback a fair amount
- Donated etc, obviously
- Been active for over a year now, 2.3k posts
