I came by this in the Non-Virtual items section. I wouldn't want anyone to get scammed, and I am thinking this is enough to warrant a TWC.
Furthermore, at the bottom of the MSN conversation he admits that he wouldn't care about getting a new Sythe account should he be banned. I'm not sure whether the evidence is enough to warrant a ban for evasion though.

Trade With Caution!
This guy refuses ussing middleman with excellent reputation, even when i am covering the middleman fees. Middleman has $1,500 Usd donator status, Official Middleman status, Moderator status and more and more, bassicaly perfect reputation, but he refuses using it because he doesn't trust middleman's, because someone have "scammed" him 50 bucks worth iTunes Card. I have long conversation via PM, but i will add only Skype conversation for now. I suggest not to trade with him, obvious scammer!
