TWC/Ban request for LikeActual

Accusation:
1). Refused to use a OMM in chatlogs, however stated on the thread that he suggested one, and instead I refused.
2). Faked himself as a donator

Description:
LikeActual was selling a Pax Twisted Fate skin at a price of 150USD. When I requested him to use a OMM he refused. You may find the screenshot below.
Later, he posted on his thread that he had suggested that we use TheBlackTux as a middleman, however the chat logs prove he out-rightly rejected the idea to use a middleman.
LikeActual also claims to be a donator in the chatlogs, says that it has not reflected yet, I would like to request a staff to look into whether he has actually made the donation or not aswell.
