Hate threads are against the rules. Ordinarily I wouldn't care, people are going to troll and usually it's the victims fault if they play along and get hurt. However, yaroow wasn't trying to play along, he's trying to be professional and diffuse the situation. Secondly, he's staff and has better things to focus on than your shitting on his face and spitting in his eye.
