TuTu bad discord practice (still)

Please see this thread where a previous customer of mine was scammed 1B by an imposter of TuTu's: [resolved]

The issue was due to TuTu's signature displaying the improper capitalisation of his Discord name - that is, his signature showed TUTU (all caps) whereas his actual Discord ID was TuTu. As per Pendulum:

"TuTu's discord is TuTu#6290, the one in your photo is TUTU#6290, Discord is case sensitive. Do you have any sort of confirmation PM?"

Amazingly he was only issued with a temporary TWC for his mistake.

The user's signature has since been changed, however the capitalisation is still ambiguous, as seen here:



Admittedly the U's are slightly smaller in font size compared to the T's, however I would argue this could easily cause confusion for a newcomer. You'd expect somebody who'd previously had a TWC and caused somebody to lose a large sum of money to be more careful, wouldn't you?

 

@Tutu - Would you mind updating your signature with a clearer version of you Discord ID so that it is easier to recognize your U's are lowercase?

 

It is clear that the u’s are Lower case when you can compare the Skype id right next to it. I am unsure of the hate towards me, but I’ll make the font smaller by a gfx designer which is unnecessary money spent when it is clearly lower case.

 

You don't think it would be possible that a new member, that would likely be unaware of the many nuances of Discord, could possibly be added by an imposter called 'TUTU' and be misled? To me, that seems like an unlikely scenario.

I'm not sure why you insist on towing the line of acceptability, why not just use a font that isn't block capitals by default? There's many to choose from. Why risk it again?
