Hey guys. Some of you may want to learn HTML, well here's a simple guide on the basics. This is my first guide out of many programming guides, so be sure to check for my advanced guides. In this you will learn a few basics of HTML 4. Html stands for Hypertext Markup Language. It's a basic Web design language, that can introduce other languages to help build your webpage. HTML is 90% about Tags.

HTML is simple. The <title> Tags go around what you want the web page to be called when displayed on your browser. To close the Writing, repeat the tag with a forward slash before the writing </title>
You must always use a Forward slash to close of the HTML tag.

The main understanding of HTML is getting to know the Tags, so here are a few.

<head> Contains Markup for HTML document Head
<li> List Item
<title> Head element that Titles the document
<p> Paragraph
<quotes> Sets Quotes
<text-align> Determines how line boxes align within the element
<html> Must be used at the beggining and End of every document
<ul> Underline
<body> The main markup in the document

Definition Lists
Definition lists group terms and definitions into a single list, and require three differen't elements.

<dl> Holds the List Definition
<dt> Defines a term in the list.
<dd> Defines a definition for a term.

E.G

<h2> An Example <h2> - Heading size, size 16 in Word.
