    Levels 100+: 7k/Commendation or 5m full void

    Deflectors: 8m (from 1000 rank)

    Requirements:

    All that is required is a character with a combat level over 40!
    No bank pin required!​

    TOS:

    1.Order will be completed in the time period set by Turtle Kent, otherwise payment equivalent for the amount of incomplete service is refunded.

    2.Payments must be made before service begins OR they can be made in increments.

    3. Turtle Kent is not responsible for any wrongdoings on the acount (mutes/bans).

    4. Customers may ask to cancel service at any point, recieving a refund for what hasn't been completed.

    5. Turtle Kent has the right to refuse service, if he wishes.

    Ok I don't mind if you don't want to use my service but you don't need to be a jerk. I said you can pay in increments. We were all new once and I can't help it.
