Appealing a ban I got for "selling someone elses property"

Basically we exchanged dupes and agreed not to sell each others. Within a few days he leaked mine to online forums and admitted it to me, and sold it to other players. This was before I did anything wrong. I sold his dupe after he broke the trade agreement, effectively forfeiting his right to his dupe.

 

In my opinion unban with twc is warranted for the situation.

If you can provide proof of this, I would agree with Entrr's assessment.

 

Talked to turmoil on skype he'll be posting again shortly with more evidence. Personally from what I've seen he should be unbanned with TWC.
