Support. But I would really reccomend to start at 60 attack THEN raise it as you see fit. Thats my usual philosophy on pures anyhow, take it level by level and enjoy certain thresholds of pking.

If you are 45 def already, getting turmoil will get you 50 def..unless you did Defender of Varrock and such.
