    Tupac is my favourite. But that says nothing about Biggie, he had great skill, just nothing compares to Tupac, the legend.

    I hate when people say that 2pac is and always will be the best or says nothing compares, I think that 2pac is a great rapper, but isn't the best of ever in my oponion or the best of his time.

    I like Biggy more but don't think he is the best rapper either. So not being bias.

    definitely close. id have to say tupac he talked about more life problems and expressed it in his music and biggie did most of the same but more of a gangster pimp type of lyrics. but Tupac R.I.P
