I did not mean for this to happen, I never intended to chargeback. I use my mother's paypal, and they thought there was suspicious activity on it so it charged him back. I didn't know he got charged back until I tried to post my pardon. Payed him back

I recently read the sythe rules and back in 2013 I did account share with someone. Other than that no.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Well first off I'd like to say I am sorry. I have messed up a few times all together in this, and I want to apologize for that.
This all started off over a year ago in June of 2013. A friend and I were trying to make some easy money and he suggested impostering a trusted person on powerbot. So of course the mischievous person I am I said sure. During that time we tried impostering Scenery on powerbot who was very trusted. All the attempts we had we never actually accomplished anything, and then the real Scenery posted that he had an imposter so we didn't have a chance. After this happened we stopped doing that and just went to normal gaming on runescape. Then a few months later I decided to join on sythe. Not knowing that offsite attempting of a scam would follow me. I created tuckern100 trying to get some sales and make some cash (actually lost money lol). Randomly in this process after a month I got banned. The reason was for this impostering of Scenery. I don't even think I made an appeal for that so I just quit sythe for a while. Then I finally came back and created a new account. Got a few vouches and then got banned for vading. I did this a few times because I just didn't know how to take this, and couldn't stay away from sythe (all accounts also got vouches and were coming up in trust). Then 4-6 months ago don't remember exact date I pardoned and someone said come back in 6 months. I don't know if it's been 6 months, but I think its close. If it would be better to wait a little longer then appeal and if you think I would have better chance at pardoning let me know and I will post this later, but it will be pretty much the same pardoning.
For all of these rules I broke, and things I did wrongly, I am sorry. I am sorry for impostering Scenery, sorry for vading, and sorry for just disobeying sythe's rules. I would love to comeback to this amazing site, and I hope there is some chance for me to do that. Keep in mind I didn't scam anyone, even though I still broke the rules.

Ok, so first off Moes6223 was not scammed by me. This was an error on my part not knowing that he was charged back. I did pay him back though.
Second, I did not scam Bram. Whether any sythe staff like it or not the evidence to back up his report 100% is not there. I never scammed him any money, but I am willing to pay him back because I know that it's not worth arguing with sythe staff because their decisions are almost always final.
Lastly for Bad Habits on abuse I did not scam him either. I was in the process of transfering the gp I was buying, and got banned. I told him after it was secure I would pay. Since it never got secured I did not pay, and so he posted the report and I was banned.
Jack said he didn't buy any of my "stories" but you know that's a mistake I made. I most likely will now always record my full trades to ensure that this doesn't happen again if I get a chance to get back on sythe.
Two things I plan to do right after I am pardoned if it passes(please) is to donate, and open gold shops for almost every rsps
Maybe no one really cares what I plan to do, but I also would be willing to take a TWC on my account if that would help in me getting pardoned. Not sure if there are any special circumstances, but just wondering.

Forgot about ntuck101 as it was a long time ago so that was my fault.
Now for the Dave impostering I know this pardon is screwed already, but I didn't even know about that. I use multiple skypes and this one was hacked and as of now is disabled. Never knew it was used for impostering though. I take that back just got access to the skype again, but I guess its really no use now. I am sorta screwed anyways looks like I will be waiting 6 months

Whether sythe likes it or not I still will be using sythe gonna be challenging but I will make it worth, and still gather vouches for tuckern100 even being banned. I will be ready to beable to have an account in the community in 6 months
