Tsh unbanning

To whom it may concern,
I reported Tsh for stealing money that I deposited in his bank account in exchange for an account, ultimately resulting in his ban.
A while after he received his ban, he came online Skype and stated he was unable to be online for quite some time
due to unexpected college committments.
Now, I reported him for copying someone elses' pictures. After speaking with him, he informed me that he did it because he was too lazy to upload photos and the account was awfully similar to the one he showed me.
The dispute has been resolved. Last week Tsh gave me the account which was, as he stated, similar to that he copied, and in my opinion is better. He was very apologetic for his delay and I feel as though
I may have been too impatient but I was unsure as to whether or not he had scammed.
I would like to rescind my report & ultimately have him unbanned as my dispute was promptly resolved.
