I always allow any rank to item check me. That is basically at any point in the merch, anyone can ask to see all of my items to ensure that I'm not dumping early. That has never been a problem though because half of the merches we do, I buy the item back from ranks at the end of the merchant to make sure they get maximum profits.

The graph is of a previous item we did as one of our previous merches.

Yes, ranks in the clan NEVER expire. You keep the rank forever.
