Does it have any untradeables such as fire cape, slayer helmet and pets etc?

 

It has the ability to make a slayer helmet, it doesn't have a fire cape (although has rigour/augury, won't be hard to get). It does have pets, I can't get a screenshot of them because it's non-member but the pets are:
