I'm much more of a ska dude but when it comes to powerful songs with quality lyrics and meaning, I have to hand it to Kings of Leon with "Use Somebody"

Just a high quality song that would actually make me want to see them in an arena.

    Post your high quality songs.

Stairway to Heaven is pretty good but way overplayed.

I agree, but it's still a powerful song though.
When Jimmy Page says "This is a song of hope" the crowd goes nuts.

Hmmm, when I think of powerful songs, I think of songs that I can listen to over and over again that won't annoy me after awhile, and give me the goosebumps everytime I hear them.

The only two songs I can come up with right now are these:

Sigur Ros - Untitled #1 (vaka)

Everytime I hear this damn song I get goosebumps and tears in my eyes for the whole 7 minutes. Its amazing what music can do to you.

    Moonsorrow - Pimea

The chorus gives me goosebumps, its somewhere between the 4-6 minute mark.
