Trucutru attempting to scam while banned.

Thought i would post this with his Skype just incase people try to search it in google if he trys to scam them too, mod can close strait away.

He was claiming he refunded his victim but he's still banned.

There's nothing we can do about this. Just don't trade banned users anymore..
