I doubt this very much. I'm not sure how to word this but you were denied and then jmods personally told you an in-depth reason why despite you being rejected hinting that your most likely not the original owner. So your telling me jmods willingly give out this information to any user that wants to recover an account despite their ip not matching the ones that were used on creation?

 

Thats kind of stupid. I mean they wouldn't have the "move house" option for no reason

 

The move house option is used to indicate a change in ISP or country. If you've never changed country or ISP on the account, set the date of when it was hacked/recovered.
