Troll Invasion?

I just finished wave 20 of troll invasion, and i was then dragged along into some mini quest where i killed the troll general and got the baby troll. I went back to Captain Jute and right clicked "reward" on him, but now all he says is "Good work out there! Keep it up!" Does anyone know how i can claim my exp? :L
