    Been using this today, got me from 80-83 attack in a relatively short space of time. Currently running at 73k xp/hr and it seems pretty stable.

    Thank you for sharing, I just tried out this bot a few hours ago and got me 98 strength and will have 99 in 18 hours. Currently getting 85K/hr.

    Well I'm getting 63K Strength Xp but 85K altogether with HP. 81 Attack, 98 Str, 84 Defence. I'm wearing the best gear you wear including firecape and zerk ring. Also I'm just using ultimate strength.

    Here's a nice 6 hour prog.

    The best spec weapon is obviously d claws, however, for the bot by Pwn, you can use any wep that has a spec.

    So a dds/korasi/ags/dark bow etc.

    But to get the most exp each hour, go with claws and your best str gear.

    How are people getting 100k-200k? I saw you post that earlier. I'm only getting 65K per hour for strength xp.

    73k TOTAL exp per hour, or 73k STRENGTH exp per hour?
    I'm at 99 attack, 98 strength, and all I get is 60k strength exp per hour. If you could get 73k strength exp per hour, please share your set-up as I want to get my 99 strength as fast as I can. :D

    The thing that makes it good xp / hr is how you can refill your spec bar; so claws.

    And RSBuddy delivers again xD

    Full bandos, dragon boots, berserker ring, neit/warrior/berserker helm,fire cape, barrows gloves, fury/str ammy.

    Then they have quick prayers set to SS and turmoil.

    Obviously, the higher attack and str levels, the more exp you'll get.

    Edit: I'll post a picture of people getting 100k exp per hour in a bit.

    well, I get randoms like a motherfucker, I get 1 every hour, but Im getting 67k str xp/hour at 90/90/90
