    Ordered a new soundcard. Got an ASUS Xonar STX and Sennheiser 598s, hopefully the sound quality will be a large improvement.

    All I have to do now is get all my music in FLAC.

    Interested to hear your opinion on the soundcard once it arrives. I've never bought one before because although I love high quality sound I'm not sure I have the knowledge required to tweak the settings for an optimal experience. (especially since I do both gaming and listening to music) Hell, I drive myself crazy just adjusting my microphone to eek out the best sound from it. Interested to see how it does out of the box/with minimal adjustment in your opinion =p

    STX is a fucking fantastic soundcard, onboard just sounds like ass after using it for so long. :] won't be disappointed
