I just tried to make an account but it says I already have an account, when I don't. I'm on a Military base using the Wifi so I can see how it says I have an IP related to another account. How can I fix this?

Hi there,
Please make a post in the Account Recovery & Creation section using this template: [READ!] Can't create a new account? Does it say you're already registered? READ THIS!.
You'll need to provide proof that you are in the military as well.
