Its also no right trying to get inocent people banned for something they didnt do lol ive been here since ovtober 2006 lol id hate to be banned for something i didnt do.

No. because if more try it, even more than them will already know about it...

Its like telling someone that you can be rich by robbing a bank, then you tell em how to do it. You dont think the police will find out if its right there on the internet? It doesnt encourage any (sane) person to do it.
