first off i didnt expect him to scam me eoc money its ok

but i would like to get him banned so nobody else get scammed
and i know i cant show when he scammed me 15m but u can see he blocked me on skype on and teleported away on runescape i was buying 1,2b ssgp for 15m rsgp

please someone ban him he has actually moore than 2 people reporting him please ban him so nobody get's scammed
