I know that I have admitted things in the past that were not true but the truth is that I was falling into immaturity by not knowing who was hacking me, what matters is that I have become a more cautious person for future services and try not to be as immature as I was by exposing all my problems with mods and doing nothing to solve them.
Will have better communication (which I didn't have before) to avoid customers to do reports and making lose you guys time.
So many months has passed, took my time to see what was bad, to fix all my issues and even waited some weeks doing some tests to make sure I was able to get back to services. Ive learned my lesson and worked hard to make sure nothing bad is gonna happen in the future and be safer with my life, bussiness and things.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I also have my staff to do services now that I know I have 100% trust and I will stop looking for cheap services as before, it has been a long time since I am not in sythe and the truth is that I miss being active in the community and market, I hope they believe me that I am here to make the economy grow and not scam or rat things. Also made a guide on how to prevent getting hacked during or after a service is complete which Im planning to send on all new customers to prevent those things, I dont know if that helps. I hope you guys understand me please I was a bit new with with on services and was growing too fast, this is my first problem I had and my last one was something about sending bad confirmations but after that everything was okay, please I just ask for another opportunity to make Trending services grow as a business company, bigger, better and overall, safer. (Sorry for my bad english, my first leguage is english but Ive learned thanks to this)
