How they scammed: Did not deliver on product by the time he stated he would. I want nothing but a full refund now. I will not be swayed into giving you more time.

Scamming? Not Delivering? Time frame was 24-48h. And it has been completed before that.

So that was me being nice, but now your just holding this against me even tho the timeframe I had given is 24-48h? you are a special kind of evil. When I did wake up you had no problem so w/e your reporting me for is completely invalid.

So this isn't really a report. And not sure how or where I scammed him.

 

@T1N0 Also not happy with the end result of the avatar definitely don't feel like I've gotten my moneys worth.
Edit* Also you told me you'd get it finished before you went to bed didn't received it until 19hrs after you had said that.
Edit** You've also cropped the images a lot and the 3 hour timeframe was said 16 hours after you had said you'll get it to me before bed which did not happen.

Doesn't matter when you submitted the report, it was still under the 24-48h time frame so idk what your on about. You could have submitted the report the moment you ordered from me, this doesn't change the fact that I had completed the work under the time frame, not when you had reported me.

Whether you use it or not, that's not my problem. I gave you the quality I have in my examples/portfolio so you knew exactly the kind of work I did. It was also completed under the 24-48h time frame I had given you and you can not just request a refund now. If anything I did offer to make minor changes but you ignored me.

No refund will be given for completed work, and work that had been given under the 24-48h time frame.

 

T1NO, you are running an illegitimate business and you yourself claim that you fell asleep and forgot to complete my order in time. Unacceptable. That is all.

1. You never mentioned any TOS to me in ANY of the conversations, nor is it on your thread. You cannot hide behind a non existent TOS. Moderators, please check the edit history because he will probably add it in, either here or on his thread.

5. Keep in mind, you made conflicting statements and we don’t have a solid ETA. After I asked for an ETA you said 24-48 hours, but later, you amended this verbal agreement to get it done before bed. Which you did not.
6. Another false statement. A lot of the portfolio shown on your thread is indeed NOT your own work. I will be contacting one of the many individuals you "outsource" your orders to. Stop making false claims.
7. $15 discount? Original price was $40. Even after that SUPER generous $15 discount, it is still 250% higher priced than someone who can do 10x a better job.
8. Stop using your TOS as defense. You never presented it to me, and it was not on your thread.

I don't outsource work without letting u know, The work on my portfolio is done by someone who is apart of my team and doesn't run his own thread on Sythe, he works with me, and the avatar I made was my self. Even if it was outsourced, you would get the quality that matches my examples so your wrong again.

8. TOS clearly states no refunds. Plus your work had been finished. You are not getting a refund for completed work + work that had been done within the 24-48h time frame.

 

1. There is no terminology stating that the "No refunds" is included in your TOS. Therefore, if you are going to make that argument, I will make the argument that the statement "QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST" is also part of your TOS. This is definitely quality that I DO NOT trust; you are, by your own definition, breaking your terms of service.
2. Let's be real here. The quality of work you gave me is utter trash. You broke your own amended deadline and therefore the deal was off. I needed it then, not now. You broke your own 'TOS'.
3. For future, please make it clear what your TOS is, you can't just say that a random sentence on your thread is TOS; anything can be considered 'TOS' then.
4. Please also clearly label work that is not done by you; I know all of those banners are NOT made by you. In fact, most of this is one really good artist and the rest are from Fiverr probably Indicate which work is or isn't yours otherwise we can all claim we drew the Mono Lisa on MS paint.
5. You are awfully invested in this. I'm new to Sythe, I love this community, but the amount of toxicity, and utter disappointment I have seen from someone who has this mis leading 'professional graphics designer' rank, this is... a massive turn off. Please seek help. I hope you find peace and my $25 goes to someone who follows deadlines and doesn't break randomly created TOS or gets people on Fiverr to do it

The payment are not bound by the time frame given by T1NO as payment was given before those terms were discussed/made. The time frame in which the service was done was not unreasonable compared to the original time frame.

Currently talking to both users about the quality of the work at the moment, to see if I can provide proper mediation for this case.

As stated before the time frame given is of no consequence. Please refer to my previous post if you have questions.

The work completed seems to be aligned with previous work @T1N0 has done in the past, even so some other avatars use the same effects. This is clearly in his style. Regardless this is all subjective.

@Toey You have went to T1N0 to have work completed, he is willing to make minor changes to help resolve this issue so I implore that you do so with any potential fixes you have in mind.

@T1N0 This dosent mean you get to strongarm him in the negotations to get this fixed, you have an obligation to your client.
