banned reason - Reporting Jake [Treegp] Trying to get me to participate in Blackhat Activies For him

anything i want to confess - nothing

proof of paying back victims - this is partially why im confused there was no victim it was me trying to help fingy test if his account was safe or not

details of what happened - Fingy is a gold buyer from my site, he had recently been hacked by his friend Chad. Fingy was unsure if his account was safe or forever at risk of being hacked again.

Fingy and I theorized in skype that if i told Chad that Fingy had another ely, and i didnt like Fingy anymore, we could test if Chad still had the ability to hack his acccount. So this is what happened, i messaged Chad a bunch of lies acting like i really really hated Fingy and i wanted him hacked, trying to get him to show us if he could hack Fingy again or not.

After reading the sythe rules i wasnt really sure which rule this broke when i had 0 intentions on hacking anyone, and 0 intentions on blackhat activities, it was sincerely to help Fingy find out if his account was safe or not.


Here is where it gets a little more confusing, but Chad was ultimately holding Fingy hostage on the whole situation saying things along the lines of if we didnt get TreeGP banned, he would hack him for everything had had, and had access to his entire computer etc.

i can confirm everything jake/treegp stated is accurate, I know he was never out to hack me, it was our idea to act like jake wanted me hacked to see if Chad could hack me again or not. After chad realized he could get jake banned for that he convinced me that my entire computer was ratted, and wanted me to make sure jake got banned and stayed banned.

At first Chad told me he was going to give me my ely back if I showed him my skype logs with jake, so I messaged jake on facebook and told him to go along w/ what I was messaging him on skype, and act like he really did want me hacked, and that jake and I really weren't friends, I also did this on discord that's why theres messages of me saying things along the lines of "jake wants me hacked that little snake" etc.. even though it was all because I was tricked that Chad was going to give me my ely back.

Then after I realized he wasn't, and I started helping jake get unbanned, chad told me I was going to get everything on my PC stolen because he ratted me, so right as I gave jake all the info/gyazo's I reformatted my computer.

Jake is innocent, and it sucks I lost an ely, what we did may have been wrong, but I know how much treegp puts into his website and making his customers happy, and that's why he went to the extent of doing this in the first place..to help me

In my opinion yes he should be unbanned.

But this was pretty clear from the start. I'm not sure what @Astro is seeing for the ban.

and also - sorry for the confusion about all of this. we generally try not to ban people unless we're reasonable sure something is wrong. this just seems to be a misunderstanding on our part, not a personal affront or anything!
