Training Strength with Low Attack / p2p / 1 defence

Bot in Al-karid and kill the warriors. Typically you'll have lv 80s there for no reason, but try to find a world with 1-2 people in it. Anything higher wouldn't be good. You'd get just about the same xp if not a little higher. Or you could try monsters in the Barbarian dungeon(Flesh Crawlers, minotaurs, ect)

 

Idk, 55 hp is definitely high for your cb, especially with a lot of the people you'll be up against also doing SW.

 

Soul Wars? Its also good at low level, just get slayer 30 so you can kill pyrefriends and than once you got your deisred attack wihle killing them , you can spend points you won on other skills = double exp

Since I did accidentally spam, I will give you some real information.

If you are P2P do Soul Wars, or you can do some monsters like Minotaurs. To be honest, botting there has never been an issue for me, but only do that if you want NPC's.

Try Al-Kharid warriors, you'll get around 20k xp/hour there.
