Training on an ini pure?

Got a couple of questions, I'm willing to spend atleast 25m, I don't care how much the spot cost, but if it's good xp, I'm fine with it.

Stats:
60 attack.
75 str.
20 def.

Gear:
Ini helm, plate and legs.
Fury.
Mith defender.
Berserker ring.
Fletching cape.
Climbers.
Rune gloves.

It's all quested and such, as I said willing to spend 25m+ on pots and whatever I may need. Training str atm, It doesn't have to be bottable, but a good bottable spot would be a plus.
